Hi, I’m Cassie—the bartender, cocktail enthusiast, and creative spirit behind Shake It Up with Cassie.

With almost 20 years of bartending experience, I’ve learned that a great cocktail is about more than what’s in the glass. It’s about bringing people together, trying something new, and creating a memory worth sharing.

I created Shake It Up with Cassie to bring that experience directly to you. Whether I’m leading a hands-on mixology class or bartending a private celebration, I make every event approachable, interactive, and tailored to your group. I provide the tools, fresh mixers, garnishes, setup, and guidance so you can relax, have fun, and enjoy the experience.

I proudly serve Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina area, bringing cocktail experiences to vacation rentals, private homes, businesses, and special events.
